Sacramento Cyclocross

Sacramento was well represented this past weekend in Prunedale, CA.  Central Coast played host to this year’s Districts cyclocross championships.

Joan Gregg, of Cycling-Training.com, took the gold in the Women’s Master 45 A race.  Sarah Maile was able to capture gold in the Women’s A race.  And, Rich Maile was able to take the gold in the Master 45 A race, and then turn around and take the Gold in the Open Single Speed division.

Cody Kaiser finished 4th in the A’s race, and teammate Jeremy Ferguson finished 7th in the A’s race.  Devin Avery finished 19th in the Master 35 A race.

Good job to all, and we look forward to seeing your new districts title holder race kits!

Sacramento CX would like to thank Rio Strada for hosting such a wonderful event. We would also like to thank all of the racers that made the journey to Discovery Park. It is all of you that make the event such a success and so exciting. Sacramento CX would also like to thank Ned Overend for gracing our course with his presence.
